White Castle Sliders

How to make White Castle Sliders Recipe -  The mini sandwich trend has surfaced in bars and pubs as well as major restaurant chains across the country. This recipe uses a few short cuts to make a big batch in a hurry.

YIELDS 24 SLIDER SANDWICHES

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 (.75-ounce) package dry onion soup mix
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 (12-ounce/12-count) packages readymade Kings Hawaiian dinner rolls
Condiments of your choice

Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce.

Divide the mixture into 2 large rectangular sheet cake pans. Spread the meat out flat with your hands.

Bake for 20 minutes. Drain the excess oil.

Cut the meat into small squares with a pizza cutter.

Slice each dinner roll in half to use as a bun.

Add your favorite toppings to each mini burger.
