Applebee's Bourbon Street Steak
SERVES 4
Ingredients:
½ cup bottled steak sauce
¼ cup bourbon whiskey
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
4 beef steaks
Method:
In a zip-top plastic bag, combine the steak sauce, whiskey, honey, and mustard.
Add the steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the steaks for 12–15 minutes, to the desired degree of doneness.
