Bistek kabute
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh oyster mushrooms
1/2 cup onion rings
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. corn oil
a few drops of lemon juice
a dash of cracked black pepper
a dash of rice wine
Method:
1. In high heat sauté mushrooms in oil. Add onions, oyster sauce, soy sauce and cracked black pepper. Add rice wine for about 30 seconds.
2. Simmer for about another 30 seconds to one minute.
