Adobong kangkong
Ingredients:
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 bundles kangkong (swamp cabbage)
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. patis
5 tbsp. soy sauce
a dash of salt
Method:
1. Sauté garlic in oil until golden brown. Add onion.
2. Turn to high heat and add kangkong. Spritz with vinegar while stir-frying.
3. Add all other ingredients.
