Arobong camaru
Ingredients:
50 grams camaru, deep-fried
1 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic
onion
ginger
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. white sugar
Method:
1. Deep-fry camaru in oil. Set aside.
2. Sauté garlic, onion and ginger in oil. Add camaru.
3. Put in vinegar. Don't stir until vinegar boils and releases its acidic odor.
4. Add soy sauce and white sugar to taste.
