New Zealand Zinger Juice
Yield: approximately one 16-ounce (475 ml) juice
Ingredients:
1 piece (1/2 inch, or 1 cm) fresh ginger
1 medium lemon, peeled, with pith intact
3 kiwis, skin cut away
1 medium cucumber, ends trimmed
2 cubes frozen wheatgrass juice
Method:
Pass the ginger, lemon, kiwi, and cucumber through a juicer in the order specified.
Transfer to a serving glass, dissolve the wheatgrass cubes in the juice, stir, and sip away!
