Coconut With a Kick Smoothie
Yield: approximately one 20-ounce (570 ml) smoothie
Ingredients:
1 handful spinach
2 large kale leaves, de-ribbed and chopped
1 tablespoon (5 g) unsweetened shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups (355 ml) light coconut milk
4 pitted medjool dates
2 teaspoons (5 g) chlorella powder
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
Blend on high for 20 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy immediately and sip slowly.
