Lover Smoothie
Yield: Approximately one 20-ounce (570 ml) smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup (145 g) fresh or (255 g) frozen strawberries
1 small banana
1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut water
1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut milk
2 teaspoons (10 g) maca powder
6 large basil leaves
Method:
In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, coconut water, coconut milk, maca powder, and basil.
Blend on high for 20 seconds or until smooth. Be wrapped in bliss!
