Best Cheese fondue
Serves 4
Pour 1 cup of dry white wine into a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Add 7oz (200g) grated swiss cheese, and stir until melted.
Then add 7oz (200g) grated Gruyère cheese, and stir again until melted and smooth. Once thickened, pour the sauce into a warm bowl, and serve with fresh crusty bread on skewers for dipping into the cheesy fondue.
