Sweet and Smoky Dry Rub
Ingredients:
1⁄4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
Method:
Add the brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and cumin to a small bowl and stir to combine. Rub over chicken, beef, or pork. Store in an airtight container for 3 months.
