Cilantro Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup sour cream
1⁄2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1⁄2 teaspoon lime juice
1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
1⁄4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon hot sauce, like Tabasco
Method:
Add the sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to a medium bowl and stir to combine. Serve in burritos, over tacos, or as a dip. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 7 to 10 days.
