Simple Lemon Dressing
Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
1⁄2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1⁄4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and pepper to a medium bowl and whisk until emulsified and combined. Drizzle over salads. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 7 to 10 days.
