Ingredients:
1 cup (235 ml) brewed yerba mate iced tea
1 cup (235 ml) fresh pineapple juice, not from concentrate
1 medium banana
1/4 cup (20 g) shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 teaspoon local bee pollen
5 to 6 ice cubes

Method:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
