How to make Purple Pollinator Smoothie Recipe - One sip of this smoothie and you will forever fall in love with medjool dates! Not only are they rich in natural sweetness, they have bounds of nourishing properties. They contain an abundance of fiber, high levels of essential minerals such as potassium, magnesium, copper, and manganese. Combined with creamy banana, antioxidant-rich blueberries, peppery ginger, calcium-filled almond milk, and our beloved bee pollen, this smoothie is one that you will love, and it will love you back!

Yield: Approximately one 20-ounce (570 ml) smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (75 g) fresh or frozen blueberries
1 piece (1/4 inch, or 6 mm) fresh ginger, peeled
2 cups (475 ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 pitted medjool dates
1 medium banana
5 to 6 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon local bee pollen

Method:
In a high-speed blender, combine the blueberries, ginger, almond milk, dates, banana, and ice.

Blend on high for 20 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a serving glass and sprinkle with bee pollen. Enjoy immediately and savor.
