Ingredients:
1 cup (30 g) spinach leaves
1/2 cup (75 g) fresh or frozen strawberries
1 small kiwi, skin cut away
1 cup (235 ml) unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon (7 g) yacon syrup
1 tablespoon (8 g) chia seeds
5 to 6 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon local bee pollen

Method:
In a high-speed blender, combine the spinach, strawberries, kiwi, almond milk, yacon syrup, chia seeds, and ice.

Blend on high for 20 seconds or until smooth.

Pour into a serving glass and sprinkle with bee pollen. Enjoy immediately and savor.
