Baked Camembert

Serves 4
Take a whole camembert cheese still packaged in its wooden box. Remove all plastic packaging, and return the cheese to the box.

Cut a series of small crosses in the top of the Camembert, and stick a small sprig of fresh rosemary into each one.

Bake the Camembert in the box, without the lid, in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for about 10 minutes or until starting to bubble and melt.

Serve immediately with fresh crusty bread, a farmhouse-style apple chutney (or apple preserves), and fresh apple slices and celery ribs.
