Tapioca Thai Tea
Ingredients:
1⁄3 cup tapioca pudding
2 ounces Thai tea
1 ounce dark rum, such as Bacardi 8
1 small scoop vanilla ice cream
Sage sprig, for garnish
Method:
Combine the tapioca pudding, tea, rum, and ice cream in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the sprig of sage.
