Guavalava passion
Ingredients:
1 ounce raspberry puree
1 1⁄2 ounces fresh lime juice
2 ounces simple syrup
1 1⁄2 ounces mango rum
1⁄2 ounce guava puree
1⁄2 ounce passion fruit puree
Lime wedge and raspberry, for garnish
Method:
In the bottom of a Hurricane glass or other large glass, pour in the raspberry puree; set aside.
Combine the lime juice, simple syrup, mango rum, guava puree, and passion fruit puree in a blender with 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
Pour into the glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and a raspberry.
