Au Pear Sipper
Ingredients:
3 ounces pear nectar
1 1⁄2 ounces Hendrick’s gin
1 ounce hibiscus orange syrup (or Monin also makes a Hibiscus syrup)
Dash of fresh lemon juice
Small lemon twist, for garnish
Method:
Combine the pear nectar, gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a blender with 3 or 4 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
