Bachata

How to make Bachata Recipe - From master mixologist Bridget Albert.

Ingredients:
4 fresh watermelon cubes
1 1⁄2 ounces Malibu passion fruit rum
1 ounce pink grapefruit juice
Juice of 1 lime

Method:
In a blender, blend 2 to 3 cups of ice cubes to make shaved ice. Add the shaved ice to a glass or snow cone cup. In a cocktail shaker, muddle (mash) the watermelon cubes. Add the rum, grapefruit juice, and lime juice, add ice cubes, and shake. Pour over the shaved ice.
