Kiwi Melon Krush
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 cups fresh honeydew melon
1 whole kiwi, peeled
2 ounces Midori
2 ounces orange juice, plus extra if needed
2 small melon wedges and 2 kiwi slices, for garnish
Method:
Combine the melon, kiwi, Midori, and orange juice in a blender with 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth and add more orange juice, if needed. Pour into two cocktail (or juice) glasses. Garnish each with a melon wedge and a kiwi slice.
