Bangkok Banshee
Ingredients:
1⁄2 banana, peeled
2 ounces Thai tea
1 1⁄2 ounces dark rum, such as Bacardi 8
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce heavy whipping cream
Ground nutmeg, for garnish
Method:
Combine the banana, tea, rum, simple syrup, and cream in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with nutmeg.
