Zucchini and Snow Peas with Basil

How to make Zucchini and Snow Peas with Basil Recipe

4 SERVINGS

Ingredients:
1 cup Snow peas
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Peanut oil
3 cups Zucchini, 1/2 inch (1.2 cm) dice
1 tablespoon Water
to taste Salt
1 tablespoon Basil leaves, torn or finely sliced
1 teaspoon Mint leaves, finely sliced

Method:
Remove string from snow peas.

Heat the oils over medium-high heat.

Add the zucchini and snow peas along with water. Season and add half the basil. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Add remaining basil and the mint leaves; correct seasoning.
