Smoked Roasted Acorn Squash

How to make Smoked Roasted Acorn Squash Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Acorn squash
1/4 cup Butter, melted
2 tablespoons Sherry wine
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
to taste Salt and black pepper

Method:
Cut the acorn squash into quarters and remove the seeds.

Place the squash into a stovetop smoker and smoke for 10 minutes. Remove and place on aluminum foil.

Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175°C).

Mix the butter, sherry, and sugar. Brush the glaze on the squash and season with salt and pepper. Wrap with foil. Bake the squash until tender. Baste periodically with reserved butter and sugar mixture.
