How to make Yuzu Cucumber Freeze Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ounce orange or citrus vodka
1 ounce sake
4 slices peeled cucumber
2 tablespoons yuzu marmalade
Cucumber spear and small orange wedge, for garnish
Method:
Combine the vodka, sake, cucumber slices, and marmalade in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Garnish with the cucumber spear and orange wedge.
