Frozen Lemonade
Ingredients:
3 ounces fresh lemon juice
4 ounces simple syrup
11⁄2 ounces citrus vodka (optional)
1⁄2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
Lemon wheel, for garnish
Method:
Combine the lemon juice, simple syrup, vodka, if desired, and lemon zest, if desired, in a blender with 1 cup of ice.
Blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon wheel.
