Cherry Sling
How to make Cherry Sling Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 1⁄2 tablespoons black cherry preserves
1 ounce fresh sour
1 ounce gin
1⁄2 ounce Cherry Heering
1⁄4 ounce Benedictine (or cognac)
Maraschino cherry and orange wedge, for garnish
Method:
Combine the pineapple juice, preserves, fresh sour, gin, Cherry Heering, and Benedictine in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a Hurricane glass or other large glass and garnish with the cherry and orange wedge.
