Kinilaw na suaje
Ingredients:
1/4 kilo live suaje
1 cup julienned green mango
1 tbsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. grated ginger
Vinegar Dip:
Combine the following ingredients in a bowl then mix until well-blended
1/2 cup vinegar (Ilocano cane or basi)
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped shallots
3 pcs. siling labuyo, chopped
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients. Serve with Vinegar Dip.
