Anisadong hipon
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. onion
1/2 tsp. julienned ginger
1 cup shrimps, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp. chopped spring onion
2 pcs. chilies
1/2 cup anisado wine
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Heat butter in pan and sauté onion and ginger. Add shrimps, spring onion and chilies. Sauté some more, then add the anisado wine and simmer to cook. Season with salt and pepper.
