Cheese fritos
Ingredients:
1/2 cup grated Edam cheese (quezo de bola)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Method:
1. In a bowl, combine Edam and parmesan cheese with flour. Mix well.
2. Heat a buttered non-stick pan. Form cheese mixture into small irregularly shaped sticks and fry in the pan over low heat until golden.
