Salmon with soy sauce and garlic
Marinating • 1 hour
Serves 4
Mix together 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 crushed garlic cloves, and the grated zest and juice of ½ a lemon.
Pour the mixture over 4 salmon steaks, about 5½oz (150g) each, and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Transfer the salmon to a baking sheet, and liberally sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven for 15 minutes until the salmon is opaque. Serve hot with a spinach salad.
