Serves 4

In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, cook 1lb 2oz (500g) ground beef with a drizzle of olive oil for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.

Add a splash of hot sauce, to taste, and season. Place 3 large handfuls of tortilla chips in a baking dish. Spoon the ground beef over the chips, and top with 4½oz (125g) grated Cheddar cheese.

Place under the broiler for a few minutes, until the cheese has melted, then serve with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.
