Tropical Fruit Salsa
4 SERVINGS
Ingredients:
1/2cup Mango, 1/4 inch (.6 cm) dice
1/2 cup Orange sections
1/2 cup Pineapple, 1/4 inch (.6 cm) dice
1/2cup Papaya, 1/4 inch (.6 cm) dice
1/2cup Green seedless grapes, cut in half
1/4 cup Red bell pepper, 1/4 inch (.6 cm) dice
1 teaspoon JalapeƱo pepper, seeds removed, minced
1/4 cup Red onion, minced
1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
To taste Salt and black pepper
Method:
Combine the mango, orange, pineapple, papaya, grapes, bell pepper, jalapeƱo, and red onion in a bowl and stir to mix.
Add the vinegar, cilantro, salt, and pepper and stir well. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve. (The salsa can be made up to 4 hours in advance and refrigerated in an airtight container.)
