Mango Chutney

How to make Mango Chutney Recipe

4 SERVINGS

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 tablespoon Honey
1 cup Mango, peeled, sliced
2 tablespoons Currants
2 tablespoons Raisins
2 tablespoons Red onion, minced
1/4 cup Green bell pepper, seeded, 1/4 inch (.6 cm) dice
2 tablespoons Almonds, slivered
1 teaspoon Ginger, peeled, minced
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds, crushed
1 JalapeƱo pepper, minced

Method:
Combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil.

Reduce to a simmer, and cook 30 minutes.

Drain off the liquid and reduce by half.

Return the liquid to the chutney and stir to combine. Cool before serving.
