Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 Sweet potatoes
4 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Brown sugar
Pinch Nutmeg
As needed Water
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Wash the sweet potatoes and bake in the oven until tender.
Cool and peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into 1/2-inch (1.2 cm) slices.
Layer the sliced sweet potatoes in a buttered casserole dish. Dot each layer with the butter, and sprinkle with brown sugar and nutmeg.
Add a little water and bake until the top is crisp. Serve immediately.
