Avocado Salsa

How to make Avocado Salsa Recipe - The red onions add a measure of sweetness to the tart salsa. Florida avocados typically have a higher water content than avocados from California, and a much milder flavor. If Florida avocados are not available, the California variety can easily be substituted. If cubanella peppers are not available, substitute 1 seeded and diced jalapeƱo pepper.

4 SERVINGS

Ingredients:
1 cup Avocado, peeled, seeded, 1/2 inch (1.2 cm) dice
1 Cubanella chile,minced
1 tablespoon Cilantro leaves, chopped
1 cup Tomato, peeled, seeded, 1/4 inch (.6 cm) dice
1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 tablespoon Red onion, 1/4 inch (.6 cm) dice

Method:
Combine all ingredients and mix well; keep chunky.
