Satay Sauce
Ingredients:
1 (10-ounce) can coconut milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon red chili paste
Method:
In a saucepan combine the ingredients and bring just to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and keep warm until serving. May be refrigerated up to one week and warmed to serve. Makes 2 cups
