Italian Cheeseburger
How to make Italian Cheeseburger Recipe - Generous and friendly, a hamburger with the colors of Italy, just Italy
Ingredients:
4 hamburger buns
400 g minced veal
4 slices pancetta
1 bunch of basil
3 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
250 g of mozzarella
4 cc of cream
15 g almonds
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
5 cl of olive oil
salt and pepper
Method:
Mix the garlic finely with the equivalent of 8 tablespoons chopped basil, chopped almonds, 5 cl of olive oil, salt, pepper, until you get a nice pesto sauce smooth.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into very thin slices. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices.
Preheat oven to 200 °. Open buns in half. Place funds and hats on the oven rack covered with aluminum foil and spread them with sour cream and pesto. Of the funds, add the sliced tomatoes, half slices of mozzarella and pancetta. Book.
Mix the veal with salt and pepper and Fashion 4 steaks well dishes. Fry in a pan with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with vinegar after cooking to deglaze the pan. Place the steaks on the pancetta, add a little pesto, the remaining mozzarella and cover caps.
