Cheeseburger Salmon and Leeks

How to make Cheeseburger Salmon and Leeks Recipe - This is the story of a salmon sandwiched between a blue and a creamy leek fondue. To eat a hamburger without complex!

Ingredients:
4 hamburger buns
550 g fresh salmon pad
350 g leeks
200 g blue Bresse
1 tbsp fresh cream
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Method:
Wash and finely chop the leeks. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add the leeks and let melt slowly over low heat. Salt and pepper. If they are cooking too quickly, add a little water during cooking and let it evaporate. Meanwhile, open the buns and place them on the oven rack covered with aluminum foil.

Remove crusts from Bresse Bleu and Spread the cheese on the inside of hats. Salt and pepper the salmon. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and cook the fish there. Break it then the big plates.

Preheat oven to 180 °. Stir the cream with leeks and stir well. Divide the leeks on the bottoms of bread, add the salmon and style hats. Bake for 10 min.
