Cheeseburger with peanuts and maple syrup

How to make Cheeseburger with peanuts and maple syrup recipe - an original burger to change it is not beef, but ground pork and peanuts for a crunchy and crispy steak! A sandwich of character with its very powerful Munster, and a little sweetness with maple syrup.

Ingredients:
4 hamburger buns
300 g pork loin
50 g onion
2 large lettuce leaves
1 tomato
200 g of Munster
80 g peanuts
12 cc of maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Method:
Cut the pork into pieces, then mix it with the onion until you get a homogeneous chopped but not too fine. Put it in a bowl, salt and pepper and stir in coarsely chopped peanuts. Knead and shape all four steaks.

Open the rolls in half and place them on the oven rack covered with aluminum foil. Remove crusts from Munster slice, put the cheese on all the breads.

Chop the lettuce and cut the tomato into slices. Garnish funds and tomato salad, and spread 2 teaspoons of maple syrup. Then sprinkle the inside of each cap with a coffee spoon of maple syrup.

Preheat oven to 180. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steaks are good. Add the burgers and style hats. Tamp slightly bake for 10 min.
