Broccoli Floret

Ingredients:
2 cups Broccoli florets
2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
To taste Salt and white pepper
Method:
Trim the broccoli florets.
Heat water to a boil, add salt and parboil the broccoli until just before tender. Shock in ice water and drain.
Heat the butter, add the broccoli, and toss to coat. Cook until hot; correct seasoning.
