How to make Fresh Fettuccine Recipe

4 SERVINGS

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Semolina flour
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
to taste Salt
4 tablespoons Butter

Method:
Place the flours in a mixing bowl with a dough hook.

Combine the egg, oil, and salt. Beat together.

Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients while mixing on low, until well incorporated.

Wrap the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough through the pasta machine several times. Start at a thick setting and work down to the thinnest setting. Dust with flour as needed.

Cut the dough into 1/4-inch (.6 cm)-wide noodles and let them dry.

Cook the noodles in a large quantity of salted water until al dente; drain.
