Country Burger

How to make Country Burger Recipe - Want a burger good taste of America, try my country burger!

Ingredients:
4 hamburger buns
400 g of ground beef
700 g tomatoes
50 g red onion
2 cloves of garlic
8 baby corn canned
1 egg
80 g of oat bran
50 g of sesame seeds
10 cl of red wine
8 teaspoon mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Method:
In a saucepan, combine the tomatoes cut into small cubes with chopped garlic, wine, salt and pepper. Start cooking on high heat, then simmer gently, covered, for 15 minutes. Then let the sauce reduce ten minutes uncovered. Meanwhile, prepare a bowl with a beaten egg salt and pepper, then another bowl with oat bran and sesame seeds mixed.

Fashion 4 beef steaks rather flat. Spread a teaspoon of mustard on each side of the steaks then soak them carefully one by one into the egg.

Bread them again in oat bran (breadcrumbs). Reserve cool. Rinse corn, dry them, then cut them in half lengthwise. Mix the tomatoes until you obeniez a thick, homogeneous slurry.

Preheat oven to 220. Open the bread in two and put them in toaster. Arrange them on the oven rack covered with aluminum foil and spread generously funds tomato sauce. Align the top corn and book.

Cook the steak in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Garnish funds in breads and add the red onion. And bake for 10 min. Enjoy.
