How to make Shrimp with a Trio of Dipping Sauces Recipe
SERVES 6
1 pound cooked, peeled shrimp (leave the tails on)
LEMONY AÏOLI
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
MANGO SALSA
1 medium mango, peeled, pitted, and cubed (1 cup)
Grated zest and juice of 1/2 lime
1 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce
3 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
SWEET SOY SAUCE
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Method:
Arrange the shrimp on a serving platter. Stir or whisk together the ingredients for each sauce in a small bowl and season with sea salt and cracked pepper. Serve alongside the shrimp.
