Chocolate Filled Crepes
How to make Chocolate Filled Crepes recipe - I cannot count the number of times I have made this recipe in the last decade. This is my boys’ favorite brunch dish.
SERVES 8
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Nutella, for filling
Method:
In a large bowl, lightly whisk together the eggs, milk, and flour with 1 cup water (the batter will be quite thin). Heat a nonstick skillet (brush with a little melted butter, if needed).
Pour a quarter cup of batter into the pan and swirl in a circular motion outward so the batter spreads evenly. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the bottom is light brown.
Flip to cook the other side for another minute. Remove and spread with Nutella. Seal by folding the crepe in thirds, or roll and cut in half. Repeat until all the batter is gone.
