How to make dash love recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 shot glasses
equipment bar spoon
4 teaspoons light crème de cacao
1 ½ measures chilled tequila
4–6 drops raspberry purée
Method:
Pour the crème de cacao into 2 shot glasses.
Using the back of a bar spoon, slowly float the chilled tequila over the crème de cacao. Carefully add the raspberry purée to the surface of the liquid — it should sink and then float midway.
For a Tequila Shot, said by some to be the only correct way to drink tequila, pour 1 measure of tequila gold into a shot glass, lick a pinch of salt from your hand, swallow the Tequila Shot in a single gulp, then bite on a lemon wedge.
