Salsa Fresca

How to make Salsa Fresca Recipe

4 SERVINGS

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, 1/8 inch (.3 cm) dice
1 cup Onion, 1/8 inch (.3 cm) dice
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Serrano chile, seeded, minced
1/4 cup Cilantro leaves, packed, finely chopped
to taste Salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon Lime juice

Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a stainless steel bowl. Correct seasoning with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
