Cheese Coins

How to make Cheese Coins Recipe

Makes 3-4 dozen

Ingredients
½ c. butter or margarine, softened
½ c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. flour

Method:
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix well to form dough.

Divide in half and roll each half into a log. Wrap in waxed paper and chill or freeze for several hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Unwrap cheese logs and slice into quarter inch thick coins.

Place an inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 10 minutes.
