Cornflake Chicken
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
3 lbs. chicken pieces
1 c. Italian dressing
1–2 c. cornflake crumbs
Method:
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for at least one hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Put crumbs in a paper bag and add chicken pieces. Toss until covered.
Spray cookie sheet with oil or line with foil. Bake for 45 minute to 1 hour depending on the size of the pieces.
