Cheese Latkes

How to make Cheese Latkes Recipe

Serves 3-4

Ingredients
1 c. ricotta cheese
4 eggs
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Oil for frying
Sour cream

Method:
Put cheese and eggs in bowl and mix well.

Add flour and salt and mix again.

Heat 1/8 inch of oil in large frying pan.

Carefully place spoonfuls of batter into hot oil and fry on both sides until brown.

Drain on paper towels. Serve with sour cream.
